2025 Junior Session Application Form
Instructions:
Fill out and submit application below.
All students must submit a $60 processing fee with their application (after submitting the form below, you will be directed to Stripe).
New students must submit audio or video recordings of two contrasting pieces, meeting the minimum level requirements. (Returning students will be asked to submit updated recordings by June 1st.)
New students must arrange to have a letter sent from their private or school music teacher. Letters should be emailed to: director@musicatportmilford.org
Upon completion of all required steps, applications will be considered.
